this has never happened to me,but i've seen it somewhere.
Q:if your opponent activates forced requisition,(every time you discard from your hand, your opponent discards the same amount)and later on when they use card destruction when they each have 5 cards in their hand, would you have to discard your hand, and then discard the next 5 cards?or would you just discard your normal hand?

I think you keep the cards you pick up.

I think I may ask Konami, as well as if forced lets you discard

You'd discard the next five, as well, as this qualifies under Forced Requisition.

i doubt it.i think i might know.since card destruction would be activated, you'd have to discard first, which means your opponent would be forced to discard their hand.then card destruction would force them to discard their hand, but they wouldn't have a hand.that's just one duelist's opinion.

Last in the chain goes first, so its
Forced Hand Destruction
so EG
Opponent hand 5 Your hand 5
Opponent and you discard hand at once, not one bye one niether has a hand when Forced resolves, Then draw
